Do you want to cancel an order which you have just completed?

Cancelling the order is possible of the item has not yet been dispatched.

During shipping, if you are not home, it will be returned to the courier and re-delivered at your convenience (please specify on courier website using your tracking number).

Have you received your parcel, but it’s damaged or it looks like it has been tampered with? We suggest you immediately open your package and refuse the delivery, or ‘make a claim’ about it to the transporter, who will return it to the vendor or head office. You will receive an e-mail confirming we have received it.

You should then contact our customer service team.

Has your item’s tracking log not been updated for more than 48 hours? Or, has your item been delivered but to the wrong address?

In these cases, please contact our customer service team.

Have you not received an automatic order confirmation e-mail?

You will then receive an e-mail asking for supporting documentation. This allows us to make sure that you are the owner of the bank card being used for payment.

As soon as we receive these documents, and once your order has been confirmed, you will receive the confirmation of your purchase. The seller will then be notified of the sale and will be able to send the item to you.

Has your order been cancelled by the Vendor?

Our accounting department will soon proceed to your reimbursement. There will be an average delay of 48-72 hours for the reimbursement to be made.

Please be aware that we always reimburse you via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Top Indian Designers commission is only applied when your item is sold.

As such, putting items up for sale is free and unlimited!

Top Indian Designers Commission is 15% of the Total Final Price (including Postage). This is used towards Administration & Marketing costs.
